VVV Staking Guide

What is VVV Staking?

Staking VVV tokens converts them into sVVV (staked VVV). This gives you:

• API access to Venice AI (uncensored, private inference)
• Staking rewards (currently 80-100% of emissions)
• Ability to mint DIEM tokens

Current Staking Stats

Important: Locked VVV Earns Less

Current rates:

• Standard staking: ~18% APR
• Locked for DIEM: ~14.4% APR (80% of base)

The remaining 20% flows to Venice as compensation for providing the AI compute backing DIEM.

How to Stake VVV

1. Login to venice.ai - Open your browser and navigate to the Venice AI platform
2. Token Dashboard - Click on the 'token dashboard' or navigate to venice.ai/token
3. Connect Wallet - Link your Web3 wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc.)
4. Stake - Click on 'stake' and select the amount of VVV you want to stake
5. Confirm Stake - Approve the transaction in your wallet

Once confirmed, your VVV is now staked as sVVV and earning daily yield.

Important: 7-Day Unstaking Period

During this period:

• You earn no yield
• You cannot mint DIEM
• You cannot use API access

Plan accordingly - don't unstake if you need immediate liquidity.

Should You Stake?

Stake if:

• You want to earn ~18% APR on your VVV
• You want API access to private, uncensored AI (via DIEM)
• You believe VVV price will appreciate
• You don't need immediate liquidity (7-day unstake)

Don't stake if:

• You need to sell VVV within 7 days
• You want to trade VVV actively
• You prefer holding liquid assets
